Conditions of Membership of jobs1.co.uk Banner Exchange

This banner exchange aims to provide a FREE service to UK recruitment & employment web sites.

Application to join will be taken as full acceptance on your part of these Conditions.

Please read this carefully. You must stick by the rules and play fair. If you abuse the exchange then it is other members who have earned credits by their own hard work and effort who will be cheated.

1. Membership of the jobs1.co.uk Banner Exchange is available to UK recruitment & employment web sites ONLY.

2. The Publishers of jobs1.co.uk reserve the right to refuse membership.

3. You will receive an email from us confirming acceptance to the scheme. Do not place banner code or begin showing banners on your site until we have inspected your site and contacted you.

4. You must use the banner html & javascript code we supply. It must not be changed in any way other than to customise the 'page=XX' to a unique page number for each page you show banners on.

5. You must take care to allocate a unique number to each page and change the 'page=XX's to match this. If you show other members banners incorrectly then you are cheating those who are willing to show your banner correctly.

6. You must use the html code we provide such that it includes a small image and link, promoting this banner exchange, below the exchanged banner.

7. You must never artificially generate credits by calling up banners in some repetitive automated manner. We monitor IP addresses and referer and will immediate ban anyone caught cheating on their fellow members.

8. The Publishers of jobs1.co.uk reserve the right to suspend members if we believe that the banner exchange is being abused or is being used outside a purely employment related context.

9. No Member's web site should contain adult material and banners of an adult or pornographic nature must not be used. Banners should always offer an employment related message and remain in context.

10. Banners will reside on the Member's website. Please ensure that the link to your banner is maintained.

11. Banners must be exactly 468x60 pixels and must not exceed 12kb. They may be jpeg or gif.

12. You may substitute other banners when you wish. Please ensure that your banner content is always 'family orientated' and continues to display an employment related message. Note: Every time you 'Modify Details' your account must be re-validated by ourselves.
